McKinney Tree Service Pros provides professional tree care services including tree removal, tree trimming, stump grinding, and emergency tree services. All services are performed by licensed, insured professionals in accordance with industry standards and applicable local regulations.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing. We accept major credit cards, cash, and certified checks. A deposit may be required for large or complex projects.

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a fee. Emergency service cancellations require immediate notice to allow us to reallocate resources.

Liability and Disclaimer

While we take every precaution to protect your property during our services, certain risks are inherent in tree work. We carry comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions discovered during work, including but not limited to hidden structural damage, underground utilities, or soil instability.

Scope of Services

Our quotes and estimates are based on the visible conditions at the time of inspection. Additional charges may apply if unforeseen conditions are discovered during work, such as hidden decay, hazardous locations, or restricted access. We will notify you before proceeding with any additional work.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through mediation in Collin County, Texas, before pursuing arbitration or legal action. Texas law governs these terms.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
